What does Riconcil.IA do?
Reconciles bank transactions with invoices
Upload the bank statement, Ri.Ba. payment receipts and payment schedule. Riconcil.IA returns an updated schedule with all matched payments, and a list of transactions it could not process.
It can read statements in several formats, from Excel and interbank formats to PDF.
Reconciles delivery notes with invoices
Checks that what entered the pharmacy matches what you were invoiced for, item by item.
Flags quantities that do not match, delivery notes without invoices and invoices without delivery notes — precisely where money is usually lost.
Shows you what to follow up
Reconciliation gives you two lists: what you owe but have not paid, and what you should receive but has not arrived. You decide case by case whether to pay, call or dispute.
Prepares the package for your accountant
A structured export of reconciled data, ready to send to your accountant. Fewer emails and fewer requests for clarification.
Riconcil.IA matches only when it is certain
Riconcil.IA does not guess. It does not suggest probable matches or force a match to balance the total. Everything marked as matched really is matched; everything else goes into a list for manual review.
This is a deliberate choice: in accounting, an incorrect match costs much more than a missed match.
Works on its own, too
Unlike the other products, Riconcil.IA does not need anything else. You can adopt it without Ordine Smart or FarmAgente: it solves a problem every pharmacy has, regardless of how it manages purchasing.
How is it activated?
Riconcil.IA runs in the cloud, connected to your management software: upload documents and retrieve results there. It takes the payment schedule directly from the electronic invoices your software already receives, so you do not need to enter anything again. Run reconciliation whenever you choose, typically when your bank statement is up to date.
