The work nobody wants to do
Price lists arrive every week: in PDF, Excel or sometimes in an email body. Someone has to open them, read them and re-enter them into the management software, line by line. Meanwhile, some suppliers are due for an order and nobody remembers, while products sit idle in one pharmacy and are out of stock in another.

Reads the price lists you receive
FarmAgente provides a dedicated email address. Your sales representative sends price lists there. FarmAgente opens them — PDF, Excel, CSV or even text in an email — extracts the items, identifies them in the medicines database and returns an organised price list ready to import.
For every item, it shows its confidence in the extraction, so you check the few uncertain rows instead of rereading everything. If the format is unreadable or the data does not add up, it asks the sender for clarification directly.
Tells you which suppliers to order from first
Every morning, FarmAgente compares your inventory with Ordine Smart’s sales forecast. It then lists suppliers in priority order, from most to least urgent.
The difference from a simple low-stock alert is this: it does not just tell you what is running out, but what is running out exactly when you will need it most.
Balances inventory across your pharmacies
If you have multiple locations or a warehouse, FarmAgente checks daily where there is too much stock and where there is a shortage, comparing inventory with forecast demand. Where useful, it proposes transfers instead of new purchases — avoiding transfers that are too small, cancel each other out or go to a pharmacy that does not sell that product.
FarmAgente suggests. You decide.
FarmAgente does not create orders, send them or sign anything. It gives you the right information at the right time, then you decide. Control stays where it belongs.
Works with Ordine Smart
FarmAgente uses Ordine Smart sales forecasts to identify what is urgent. That is why it works in pharmacies where Ordine Smart is already active: it is the product that gives it eyes.
How is it activated?
Like Ordine Smart, FarmAgente runs in the cloud and communicates with your management software: alerts and extracted price lists arrive inside the software you already use.
The only change to your routine is the email address you ask representatives to send price lists to.
