Our AI model provides pharmacy forecasts, supporting pharmacists in two key activities:
PURCHASE PROPOSALS FOR SUPPLIER ORDERS
Forecasts on a monthly, two-monthly or quarterly basis, with a coverage period you choose: specify how many days to cover and the system calculates quantities.
PURCHASE PROPOSALS FOR DAILY REPLENISHMENT
A proposal designed to replenish minimum stock, with your chosen coverage period and a maximum quantity limit to avoid excess stock.
Orders that help you reach your bonus targets
You have agreed discount thresholds, target bonuses and per-unit contributions with suppliers. Tracking these is a job in itself, and often it is only in December that you realise you narrowly missed a target.
Enter your targets into Ordine Smart as agreed — by product line, period and target level. Two things then change: you can see your progress at any time, and order proposals consider your targets, adjusting quantities and mix to help you reach them.
The system never forces an order to meet an unreachable target: it will not make you buy goods you would not sell.
If you have more than one pharmacy
Before ordering, check what you already have
When preparing a supplier order, the system checks whether what you need is already sitting in another of your pharmacies. If so, it proposes a transfer instead of a purchase, excluding movements that are not worthwhile — quantities that are too small or transfers to a pharmacy that does not sell that product. You order only the difference.
Coverage in days, units or budget
“Cover me for 30 days” is not always the right answer. For some products, you want a specific number of units; for others, you have a spending limit. You can express coverage in all three ways, even combining them within the same order.
Orders sent when they are needed
Schedule when orders are sent to suppliers, so deliveries are staggered and your warehouse does not fill up all at once.

AI model calls take place at scheduled monthly times, outside operational peaks. Forecasts can then be retrieved and displayed to the pharmacist in real time.

The model is called on request and the forecast is delivered within a few minutes. Ideal for detailed control over consumption.
Frequently asked questions:
Do I need to change management software? No. Ordine Smart connects to your existing software, and proposals appear there.
How long does it take to get started? Once the software connection is active, the system needs your sales history for calibration. You will be ready to use Ordine Smart at the start of the following month.
Are orders sent automatically? No. Ordine Smart prepares the proposal; you review and approve it. The decision remains yours.
What happens with new products that have no history? Automatic checks handle cases with limited data, flagging less reliable proposals.
