Reads the price lists you receive by email and returns them organised. Every morning, it tells you which suppliers to order from first. Across multiple pharmacies, it identifies excess stock and shortages.

Matches bank transactions, payment deadlines and invoices. Checks delivery notes against invoiced items. Leaves only discrepancies for manual review.

Generic medicine purchasing, simplified. Calculates requirements by equivalence group — combining interchangeable medicines with the same active ingredient and dosage — and helps you divide purchases between generic and original products.
They share the same channel. The connection to your management software is set up once: activating a second product costs much less than the first.
Data flows between them. Price lists extracted by FarmAgente improve Ordine Smart’s proposals. Ordine Smart forecasts tell FarmAgente which stock levels are about to become a problem. Each additional product improves the others.
